Ms. Willard is President and Principal Geologist for EnPro. An environmental consultant since 1980, she provides consulting services in the areas of project management, quality assurance, and technical third party reviews to clients, manages technical staff, and has personally managed or reviewed over 2500 environmental assessments since 1985.

Ms. Willard is an active and voting member of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Environmental Assessment Committee and assisted in completing the Phase I and II environmental site assessment and transaction screen standards.

Prior to forming EnPro, Ms. Willard was Supervisor of the Environmental Assessment Unit of Twin City Testing (TCT) of St. Paul, MN. Prior to becoming Environmental Assessment Unit Supervisor, Ms. Willard was a Senior Hydrogeologist/Project Manager with TCT. Previously, Ms. Willard was a Field Hydrogeologist with Barr Engineering Company of Minneapolis for five years.

Ms Willard also served in the Teacher Corps in Lackawanna NY in 1971 to 1972, teaching English as a second language to immigrant children, and in the Peace Corps in Afghanistan from 1972 to 1974, teaching technical English to engineers and construction supervisors. From 1976 to 1978, she trained military helicopter pilots in aviation English in Esfahan Iran.
